Credence Experience Testimonials

Who is Credence Mortgage?

Credence Mortgage is a dedicated group of experienced professionals who guide clients through the loan origination process. We believe that getting a mortgage should be as stress and hassle-free as possible. Our mission from day one has been to provide accurate loan information and outstanding customer service to all of our clients.

The name Credence is derived from the Latin word "credo," (I believe). Erik Hermans, President and Founder of Credence Mortgage, chose the name because of his own belief that restoring ethics and integrity to loan origination would better serve the community. Coupling value-oriented products with straightforward representation, we at Credence Mortgage strive to give all of our clients a truly "Different Kind of Experience."

Where does Credence Mortgage do business?

At the present time, Credence Mortgage is offering services in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Our initial focus has been to provide the communities where we live and work with outstanding loan origination services. In the future, we hope to expand the region in which we do business.
(This site will be updated as soon as any expansion is in place.)

What documents are needed to make application?

Credence Mortgage does not have a traditional checklist of mandatory documents needed from every applicant. To avoid the hassle of our borrowers having to collect unnecessary information, an Account Executive will review each borrower's situation carefully before requesting any documentation.

How long does the loan process take with Credence Mortgage, Inc.?

Most of our clients are ready for settlement in as little as fifteen business days. In some cases, this may be delayed by market conditions or variations in the complexity and nature of a particular transaction.
